Cancellation Policy

Only in extreme conditions will the event be cancelled by

RCT. If, in the opinion of the Lantern Queen crew,

conditions on the Susquehanna River pose a safety risk,

the Lantern Queen will remain docked and the event will

continue as planned while moored at the dock.  Likewise,

in the case of mechanical failure that prevents cruising,

the event will be held while docked. In the rare case of a

cruise cancellation, River City Trading, LLC will reschedule

your cruise at a mutually agreeable time.

Refund Policy

River City Trading, LLC will be happy to refund your

purchase minus a 7% service charge up to 72 hours prior

to your cruise
