From I-95, Exit 89: Turn onto Rt. 155 (Level Rd.) east towards Havre de Grace. Stay left when possible and follow the road all the way down the hill into town. (Do not follow signs to Rt. 40) At the end of the road, turn right onto Juniata Street and follow it to Congress Ave. (High School track will be on the right, High School on left.) Turn left onto Congress Ave. and follow it to the water. Hutchins Park parking lot is straight ahead.

From Rt. 40 (east): Enter Havre de Grace via Post Road/Revolution St. bridge. Follow Revolution St. past hospital to Market St. (Citizen's Nursing Home is on corner.) Turn left onto Market St. Turn right into Hutchins Park Parking lot just past the Sav-a-lot Store.

From Rt. 40 (west): Cross Hatem Bridge (U.S. Rt. 40). Turn left at the first light (Otsego St.). Turn right at the first light (Juniata St.) Turn left on Congress Ave. (High school is on left, high school track is on right.) Follow Congress Ave. to the water. Hutchins Park parking lot is straight ahead.
